"The course setup was okay overall, maybe..."
The course setup was okay overall, maybe a little uneven in a few spots. Some sections felt like they came slightly out of order, so I had to take a few extra notes to keep things straight. I still got through it without too much trouble.

"Easy to work around my week"
I really liked how simple it was to shift things around when my week got hectic. The times were flexible, so I never felt trapped with just one option. It made the whole thing way less stressful, and a lot of scheduling headaches felt totally preventable.

"Some of the worksheets were actually really helpful..."
Some of the worksheets were actually really helpful. Great. But a few felt outdated and not as useful as I’d hoped. Meh. It’s a bit hit and miss overall.

"Actually useful for keeping up"
I’ve been using Illuminate to check in on my son’s tutoring updates, it’s been more helpful than I expected. I’m still not sure I’d call it amazing, but it does make it easier to see where he’s getting better and what areas still need attention.

The only thing that bugs me is that a few pages can be slow to load on my phone, which gets annoying. Even so, I have to admit it’s made tracking his progress a lot less of a guessing game

"Support helped eventually, but communication was frustrating"
They did help me in the end, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and sometimes it wasn’t really clear what they were asking for or what the next step was. A bit more straightforward communication would’ve made the experience much less annoying

The classes themselves were decent, and I was able to study in the end, but the whole experience felt clunky. Some of the videos took forever to load, and the layout was confusing when I first started using it. Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, which made things more frustrating. it worked well enough, but after dealing with the slow loading and delays, I’ve kind of lost trust in it.

"Helps keep the class engaged, but the loading gets annoying"
I’ve been using Illuminate Education with my class, the students do seem more interested, especially when we’re doing the simpler activities. They’re a little more switched on and not as bored, which is a big plus. That said, the pages can be slow to load, and it gets frustrating. Like, really frustrating when you’re trying to keep the lesson moving and you’re just waiting around again. It’s not a dealbreaker, but the slow loading does happen enough that I notice it. Still, overall, it’s been helpful for keeping the students engaged.

"Helpful tutors, just not always consistent"
My tutor definitely knew the material and was able to explain most things in a way that actually made sense. Some sessions were really useful and I came away feeling like I’d made progress. A couple of them, though, felt kind of rushed and not as well prepared. It’s not even about them not knowing the subject, because the expertise is clearly there. I just wish the experience had been a little more consistent overall.

It’s a good value for the price and I do think it was worth the money. I just wish it hadn’t taken as much effort to get everything sorted out.

"Decent teaching, but felt a bit impersonal"
My experience with Illuminate Education was okay overall. Some of the teachers were really good and explained things in a way that was easy to follow, but other lessons felt rushed or kind of confusing. It depended a lot on who was teaching that day. One thing that bothered me was the lack of actual human contact, sometimes it felt like you were just being pushed through the material without much chance to talk to a real person or get proper help. Not a bad experience, but I do think the teaching quality and support could be more consistent.

"Kind of what I expected with the communication"
I had a feeling the communication might be a little slow, that was pretty much the case. The replies came later than I would’ve liked, which kind of confirmed my expectations. To be fair, they did get back to me and answer my questions, so it wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I’d hoped
